Jacalyn R. Franke

Jacalyn R. Franke, 62, of Dumont, Iowa passed away Friday, December 21, 2012, at the Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa. She was born on May 22, 1950, to Ray & Magdalene (Stafford) Schwab. She attended school in Hampton and then graduated from Cedar Rapids High School. Jackie married Jim Franke on September 14, 1969, in Hampton,, Iowa, and they resided in Dumont, to this union three children were born, Troy, Cindy and Todd, the marriage later ended. She worked at the Dumont Wellness Center in Dumont for many years and touched many lives. She very much enjoyed cooking, fishing, sports, crocheting and her balloons. Jackie loved to spent time with her family, grandchildren and her Yorkies Molly and Mindy. She is survived by her son Troy (Jean) Franke of Dumont, daughter Cindy (Rod) Arjes of Dumont, son Todd (Brandy) Franke of Dumont, mother Magdalene Siddell of Hampton, fiancé Roger Sage of Dumont, her grandchildren Trevor, Alexa, Maci, Kaci, Leighcen, Landon, Louden, Cole and Carli. Jackie is preceded in death by her father. Burial will take place at the Dumont Cemetery in Dumont, Iowa
