Maurice Henry Wolf

Maurice Henry Wolf, 79, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012, at the Franklin General Hospital in Hampton. He was born on August 20, 1932, in Hampton, the son of Henry and Lulu (Kreimeyer) Wolf. Maurice graduated from Hampton High School. On November 10, 1957, he was united in marriage to Donna Lee Armfield in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Maurice farmed in the Hampton area his entire working career. He was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Hampton and enjoyed camping, fishing, boating, playing and watching baseball, farming, working with his hands, and spending time with his grandchildren. Maurice is survived by his wife, Donna, three children, Debbie (Bob) Hutchison of Syracuse, New York, Claudette Holze of Hampton and Kurt (Corky) Wolf of Dumont, seven grandchildren, Camden Hutchison, Raymond Hutchison, Sam Hutchison, Mindy (Jayme) Murray, Haley (Nate) Robertson, Katie (Mike) Ellingson, and Kris Wolf, four great grandchildren, Hannah, Tate and Alec Murray and Brody Robertson, and a sister, Pearl Als. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Carol Harkema and Elva Lou Lindaman, and a son in law, Bob Holze. Burial will be in the Hampton Cemetery at a later date.
